Trusted Sales Advisor - 1099 - Remote - MSMD2017

MedSupply MD provides medical and dental professionals a more productive and cost effective way to purchase supplies. Our process begins with Trust, Integrity and Transparency. We’re in business to build partnerships, not to create a clientele. We are currently looking for entrepreneurial minded individuals, with strong character and a great work ethic to become Trusted Advisors. Treating others as you want to be treated is not a slogan, but how we do business. Education:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Required:
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (Healthcare/Dental Field Preferred) 
  • Pass a background and Drug screening
  • Be self Driven and Motivated
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and Strategic thinking
  • Address and overcome objections
  • Support organization's initiatives 
  • Business level skills in MS Excel & Word
  • Team Player!!!
MedSupply MD offers a simple "no-cap" residual based pay structure. We do not believe in complicated bonuses or moving commission targets. Our Trusted Advisors are the core of our company and we feel they should be VALUED as such.  It's really that simple!
MedSupply MD prides itself on providing exceptional service to it's clients. We expect our Trusted Advisors to be fully engaged throughout the process with limited to no distractions. Therefore, we provide all the essential tools required to be successful.

  • Maintain and Uphold the MedSupply MD standards of doing business
  • Develop and Maintain long term relationships with Suppliers and local vendors
  • Network with Medical and Dental professionals within your assigned territory
  • Work closely with practice management to better understand office objectives
  • Prospect new business by networking, referrals and company provided leads
  • Processing orders and service requests within reasonable time limits 
  • Train local offices and implement programs within assigned territory accounts
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of clients products and services to better assist needs
  • Attend ALL company sponsored training and development programs
  • Adhere to company guidelines at all times
